What is NEKT?

What's the difference between Moringa Honey and Ashwagandha-Kesar Honey?
Moringa Honey is built for mornings: nutrient-dense and energizing, best on an empty stomach or with breakfast. Ashwagandha-Kesar Honey is built for evenings: calming, with ashwagandha and saffron to help you wind down before bed.
How do I use a sachet?
Tear it open and have it directly, or stir into water, tea or warm milk, whatever works for you. No jar, no spoon, no mess.
When should I have each one?
Moringa Honey first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach or with breakfast. Ashwagandha-Kesar Honey 30–60 minutes before bed.
How many sachets are in a pack?
Each sachet is 8g. Moringa Honey and Ashwagandha-Kesar Honey each come in a 2-week supply (14 sachets) or a 4-week supply (28 sachets).
What's in the Day & Night Ritual Pack?
Both rituals in one pack: Moringa Honey for the day, Ashwagandha-Kesar Honey for the night. Choose a 2-week supply (14 + 14 sachets) or a 4-week supply (28 + 28 sachets).
Is the honey raw? Are there any additives?
Yes. Every sachet starts with raw, unprocessed honey. No refined sugar, no artificial additives.
How should I store the sachets?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Can kids have Moringa Honey?
Moringa is a widely used, kid-friendly ingredient. That said, honey should never be given to children under 1 year old (risk of infant botulism), and it's always a good idea to check with your pediatrician first, especially if your child has allergies.
